Following the recently announced changes in the government Mining regulations, Earth Fortune is committed to building a smelting plant to produce above 90% grade of Zinc metal downstream of the originally planned flotation plant meant to produce concentrates. This will ensure compliance with future export requirements for metal mining companies. The plant  is targeted to be completed by year 2016 and operational shortly thereafter.
