Agreement in Principles issued by Forestry Minister

The Republic of Indonesia's Minister of Forestry has signed the Agreement in Principles on August 12, 2009 for the usage of the 360 ha forestry land, under which the site considered in the Area of Rawas Ulu will be used in stages by the Company for mining activities and further exploration in the future.
